1. Who we are

0raw is run by Björkén Media AB, organisation number 559486-2194, Gamla Kyrkogatan 4, 261 31 Landskrona, Sweden. Our contact points are on Legal contact points.

2. Who can use 0raw

You must be 13 or older to make an account, and 18 or older to turn off the blur on posts marked Mature. Using 0raw without an account is fine; these terms still apply.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account and its upload keys. You can delete your account at any time in settings; its uploads are deleted with it.

4. What you upload stays yours

You keep every right you have in what you upload. You give Björkén Media AB the permission it needs to store it, copy it to our servers and show it where you chose: as a hidden link, on your profile or in the gallery. That permission ends when you delete it, apart from copies the law makes us keep.

5. What you may not post

Nothing that breaks the Rules or the law. We may hold, relabel, limit or remove content that does, and suspend accounts that keep doing it: three strikes within 12 months suspend an account for 7 days, and child sexual abuse material closes it at once.

6. How moderation works

Every upload is checked automatically before it is public: against lists of known child sexual abuse material, and for nudity and other content the rules do not allow. A suspected nude is held until a person has looked. A check that cannot answer keeps the upload from going public until it can.

Reports are read by people. Any decision that affects your content or account comes with a notice: what we did, why, which rule or law, how it was found and whether automation was involved.

7. Complaints and appeals

Appeal any decision from its notice within six months, free. While 0raw is small one person moderates, so an appeal is looked at again from the start and the reasons for the answer are written down. You may also turn to an out of court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act, or to a court.

8. Membership

Membership is not on sale yet. Its terms, including your right to withdraw, are added here before it is.

9. Ads

There are no ads on 0raw yet. Before any appear, this section and the cookie policy say how they work.

10. What we are responsible for

We work to keep 0raw running and your files safe, and keep the promises in the pledge. We are not responsible for what others post, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We announce changes here and by email 30 days before they apply, and 90 days before any change that could remove content. Earlier versions stay readable.

12. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If you live in the EU you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
