Rules
Eight rules for everything on 0raw: uploads, titles, tags, descriptions, comments and profiles, each with examples. A post is judged by the rules in force when it was posted.
In force since 16 Oct 2026
1Nothing illegal
Nothing that breaks the law where 0raw is run, in Sweden and the EU. Above all: no sexual or sexualised image of anyone under 18, real, drawn or generated, and nothing that asks for one.
- The upload never goes public. Every file is checked against lists of known material before it is.
- The account is closed at once, with no strikes first, and the material is reported to the police.
2No nudity or sexual content
No nudity and no sexual content, of anyone, in any form: photos, art, drawings or generated images. It is removed, never labelled. Every upload is checked, and a suspected nude is held for a person to look at before anyone else can see it.
- A holiday photo at the beach, labelled SFW.
- Swimwear or lingerie in a suggestive pose, labelled Mature.
- Nudity of any kind, art and drawings included.
- Sexual acts or sexual content, real, drawn or generated.
- A real person edited or generated into a sexual image.
- Hidden camera or upskirt images.
If a nude or sexual image of you was posted, report it and choose Nudity or sexual content. You don't need an account, and it is hidden while we check.
3No harassment
Disagree with posts and ideas, not with people's right to be here.
- Saying a photo is badly edited.
- Criticising what a public figure said in public.
- A heated argument about sourdough.
- A post made to mock a private person.
- Threats, even as a joke.
- Replying to everything one person posts after they asked you to stop.
- Asking a group chat to downvote someone.
4No spam or scams
- A link to your own shop on your profile.
- Saying where you bought something when someone asks.
- Links to sites that ask for card details or passwords.
- The same post, again and again.
- Comments that only advertise.
- Buying, selling or trading votes, or a second account to upvote your own posts.
- Bots that vote, comment or upload.
5Label mature posts Mature
Every upload is SFW or Mature, and you choose before its link appears. Mature is for what is allowed but not everyone wants to see by surprise: suggestive but clothed, real violence or injury shown for news or education, horror, and medical images. Mature posts are blurred until someone reveals them, and never reach Most viral, Top or Trending.
- A horror makeup test, labelled Mature.
- A healing tattoo or a surgery scar, labelled Mature.
- A cat asleep on a sofa, labelled SFW.
- A suggestive photo labelled SFW.
- A graphic injury labelled SFW.
A moderator who disagrees changes the label and sends you a notice saying why. A label change is not a strike.
6Only post what you have the right to
- Memes and screenshots, to talk about them.
- Someone else's photo, with their name and where it is from.
- Someone else's photo passed off as yours.
- Whole chapters of a paid comic or book.
- Leaked or paywalled photo sets.
Rights holders send notices through the report form, and every notice gets an answer.
7No hate or gore
- News photos with context, labelled Mature when graphic.
- Medical or historical images, with a description of what they show.
- Attacks on people for their ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexuality or gender identity.
- Real death or serious injury, posted to shock.
- Praise for terror attacks or mass killings.
8No personal information
What finds or reaches a private person stays out of posts, comments and profiles, theirs or anyone else's.
- The town you live in, on your own profile.
- A shop's or a public office's address.
- A screenshot with names and numbers blurred.
- Someone's home address, phone number, email or workplace.
- A photo of an ID card, a ticket or a letter with a name on it.
- A photo of a private person posted to say who or where they are.
- Asking others to find out who someone is.
If it is about you, report it and say what to take out. You don't need an account, and the post is hidden while we check.
Labels: SFW and Mature
- SFW
- Everything that is not Mature. Shown in every feed, to everyone.
- Mature
- Suggestive, violent, horror or medical. Shown to everyone blurred, with one tap to reveal. Signed in adults can turn the blur off in settings; accounts under 18 always see the blur. Never in Most viral, Top or Trending, never next to an ad.
- Not allowed
- Nudity and sexual content, labelled or not (rule 2).
When a rule is broken
- Held for review. A reported post or comment can be held while a moderator checks it, usually within a day. You see it marked Held for review; nobody else sees it.
- Removed. The page says which rule it broke. You get a notice with the reasons, and can appeal for six months. While 0raw is small one person moderates, so an appeal is looked at again from the start, and the reasons for the answer are written down.
- Strikes, then a suspension. Every removal is a strike. Three strikes within 12 months suspend an account for 7 days. A suspended account can still sign in to read its notices, appeal and download its uploads. If it happens again after the suspension, the account can be closed for good.
- A label change is not a strike. When a moderator marks a post Mature, you get a notice and nothing else happens.
- Rule 1 has no strikes. Child sexual abuse material closes the account at once.
- Old posts, old rules. A change to these rules applies only to things posted after it, and is announced here 30 days ahead.
Report something
Every post, comment and profile has Report. For anything else, or something you found outside 0raw, use the report form. You don't need an account.
