The permanence pledge

1Uploads stay up

We never purge old, inactive or anonymous uploads. An upload comes down only when you delete it, or when it breaks the rules or the law, and then you get a notice saying which and why.

2Links keep working

Every link to an upload keeps working, on 0raw.io, and on imgmeow.app once it has moved here. A direct link serves the file itself: never a redirect, a page or an ad in front of it.

3A deleted link stays dead

When an upload is deleted, its id is retired and never given to anything else, so an old link can never show someone else's image. We keep only the id; the file and its details are erased.

4Old posts, old rules

A new or changed rule never applies to things posted before it.

590 days' notice

Before any change that could remove content, such as a lower size limit or a kind of post we stop allowing, we post it here and email everyone it affects at least 90 days ahead. The export works before those 90 days start.

6Your uploads are yours to take

Download everything in your account as one archive: files, titles, descriptions, albums and captions. It works even while your account is suspended.

7If 0raw ever closes

90 days' notice, the export open the whole time, and an honest attempt to hand the files and their links to someone who keeps them working. imgmeow.app stays registered, renewed ten years ahead, so nobody else can ever serve something on its old links.

What the pledge does not cover

• Content removed under the law or the rules, which always comes with a notice.
• Nudity and sexual content, which 0raw never allows. imgmeow.app uploads with nudity are removed before the move; their owners get an email and 30 days to download them. "Old posts, old rules" covers 0raw's own rules, not content it never allowed.
• Anonymous imgmeow.app uploads made after 7 Oct 2025. imgmeow.app deleted those after 24 hours, before the move.
