Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings, Membership and billing. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Can I get my money back?
Within 14 days of buying, yes. Withdraw in Settings and you get the price back, less the days used. After that, cancelling stops the next charge.
What happens to my 3 minute clips if I stop?
They stay up. Only new clips go back to the 1 minute limit.
Where does the money go?
Hosting, storage and moderation. How 0raw is paid for has the whole picture.
Do levels and trophies need membership?
No. Everyone earns them the same way.
